Here’s What You Need to Know

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner consults with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business and department goals.  In this role, you’ll work directly with our Sales and Marketing leaders to source, screen, and assist with the selection of a highly talented workforce.

You’ll collaborate internally with the TA team, HR Partner, and Compensation to ensure alignment between HR strategy, broader business strategy, and the approach to hiring within your assigned verticals.  As a trusted candidate ally, you’ll deliver a high touch, personalized candidate experience throughout the recruitment process; from initial sourcing through offer to onboarding hand-off

We’ll Also Ask You to

  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal labor laws. Maintains accurate records including pertinent applicant and interview data from all phases of the interview process
  • Report on hiring metrics, providing analysis and actionable insights for continuous improvement
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices monitoring job offers and emphasizing benefits and perks

What You Bring to the Table

  • 2 years Full-cycle Recruiting experience required; experience in recruiting for sales and/or marketing teams preferred
  • Ideally, a Bachelor’s Degree but if not – any combination of education and experience equivalent to the must-have knowledge, skills, and abilities will work
  • Demonstrated skill in automated HRIS and ATS systems, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A strong partnership mindset and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers, leaders, and executives to advise on best practices, key hiring decisions, and workforce planning
  • Knowledge of HR and talent acquisition best practices
